My recipes feature a variety of seasonal and fresh ingredients, and I make all of my own syrups, tinctures, and shrubs, among other tasty additives. Collaborating with clients to develop a menu that perfectly fits their event is what brings me the most joy. For simpler drinks such as vodka and soda or gin and tonic, and beer and wine, I offer discounted rates. I take great pride in my professionalism, tidiness, and efficiency. With over 12 years of experience as a bartender and 15 years in hospitality, I previously managed one of the top cocktail bars in the South Bay region. Moreover, I'm self-insured, LEAD certified, California Food Handler certified, vaccinated, and I can speak Spanish fluently. Without a doubt, Darren is the greatest bartender I have ever encountered. We recruited him for a gathering of approximately 50-60 individuals at my residence and his beverages and service were among the top-rated features of the event! He assisted me in developing a personalized cocktail menu for the party, crafted delectable homemade syrups for each concoction, and executed them masterfully.
