Co-founded by David and Giselle, who boast 31 years of combined experience in the industry, we aim to break down barriers and create an open environment for growth and success within our community. With a science-based approach, our coaching methodology focuses on four key pillars of health: Fitness, Nutrition, Mindset, and Accountability. Specifically, we create customized programs that suit each individual’s needs and goals within our Fitness and Nutrition pillars. Movement quality and performance are highlighted within our Fitness pillar, while we work with each client in building and creating a sustainable nutritional lifestyle within our Nutrition pillar. Unlike cookie-cutter meal plans and fad diets, we prioritize healthy habits and focus on long-lasting habits that lead to positive changes.

Within our Mindset pillar, we serve as professional guides by your side, providing constant support and coaching during your journey. We help you develop a strong and resilient mindset that will enable you to overcome obstacles with newfound confidence and new skills that will help you take on any situation life throws your way. Finally, our Accountability pillar separates us from other programs as we hold you accountable to your daily actions through our fitness app. With constant contact and communication, we help you manage your progress, accelerate your performance, and enhance your engagement toward becoming the person you want to be.

In the midst of the pandemic, choosing to work with David was one of the wisest choices I made for my overall wellbeing. Prior to beginning, I spent my days sitting and gradually gaining weight. Fast forward 12 weeks, and I now exercise every morning for 40 minutes with a companion, followed by a 3 mile walk/jog each evening. At present, I am making suitable progress and intend to persevere with the advantageous information and knowledge conferred to me by Dave. This service has steered me onto a novel course, and I am immensely appreciative.

David's training has been amazing! When I started my fitness journey with him a year ago, my main goal was to lose weight and get in shape for my wedding. David is an exceptional coach. Throughout our training, he has been incredibly supportive and knowledgeable.
