I am a proficient visual artist and multidisciplinary creator hailing from Connecticut. In the spring of 2019, I proudly received my BFA with distinction in drawing and painting from the Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts. In 2018, I had the privilege of studying abroad in Prato, Italy, which culminated in an exhibition at the Consorzio Santa Trinita Gallery. As an artist-in-residence, I have attended prestigious establishments like the Vermont Studio Center (2019), the Sarasvati Creative Space (2022), and the Bethany Arts Community as a Young Fellow (2022). My works have been showcased in various galleries, and I have completed numerous commissioned pieces across the United States.
My expertise lies in portraiture and landscape paintings done with acrylic and oil paints, but I also excel in graphite, charcoal, and ballpoint pen drawings. My paintings are generally created on wood panels or canvases, wherein I gesso the surface in advance and attach a hanging wire to the back. To ensure the finished piece is of the highest quality, I employ premium paints and varnish. All my drawings are on archival paper.
