There's nothing quite like the camaraderie that comes with cooking in the company of others, hosting dinner parties and providing cooking lessons in the comfort of their own homes. Scott was hired to cater a private dinner for 12 in celebration of my husband's 65th birthday. Right from the moment we reached out to him, he was communicative, responsive and extremely accommodating. During our menu consultations, Scott provided insightful recommendations until we finalized a customized menu that best suited our preferences. Notably, when we informed Scott of certain dietary restrictions for a small group of our guests, he assured us that he would account for them separately.
On the day of the event, Scott and his wife arrived on time and immediately got to work in the kitchen, masterfully preparing the dishes we had agreed upon. Rachel (Scott's wife) then served our guests delectable pass-around hors d'oeuvres and followed it up with a fantastic dinner. Our guests were clearly impressed with the delicious food and stunning presentation. Scott's easy-going personality and attention to detail made him an absolute pleasure to work with, and together, these factors helped to make my husband's birthday dinner an unforgettable night. We cannot wait for the next opportunity to have Scott back!

Given the opportunity, I would gladly rate Scott beyond the maximum 5 stars! The quality of the food surpassed all expectations. For my husband's 39th birthday, I engaged Scott to prepare a 6-course meal that, in fact, featured 7 courses (including dessert). Every dish from our menu (comprising a seasonal salad, truffle mac n cheese, scallops, oysters, shrimp risotto, duck, and strawberry mousse) was a delectable treat. Moreover, even our 21-month-old took great pleasure in savoring his portions! Beyond the flawless preparation, we relished the chance to get to know Scott and eagerly anticipate inviting him back.

In search of a unique way to commemorate my parents' 65th wedding anniversary, I steered clear of the mundane experience of dining out at a congested restaurant. Instead, I opted for an alternative approach; I enlisted the services of a personal chef to cook breakfast in the comfort of my own abode. The event was nothing short of extraordinary! From the outset, Scott was responsive, engaging, and committed to making this occasion an unforgettable one for my parents. He collaborated with me to devise a flawless breakfast assortment, and arrived punctually at my door with all the required tools. Having him in my kitchen made it feel like a family affair, he was friendly, delightful, and at ease, and he found everything he required without any difficulty. The aroma of cooking wafted around my house all morning, and the food he prepared was exceptional, leaving my kitchen cleaner than he found it, as he promised. Moreover, he lingered and even played with my pooch after the meal. My mom and dad said this was the most memorable anniversary celebration they've ever had, combining yummy cuisine and congenial company in the comfort of our own habitat.
