In our location, there is no other training that can match the uniqueness of what we offer. Our program combines American Law Enforcement Self-Defense with Israeli Krav Maga, both of which are simple to pick up, making anyone, regardless of body size or mobility, capable of defending themselves.
We cater to all age groups, but we concentrate on equipping women, teenagers, and children with the necessary skills to stay safe.

Our family consisting of four individuals enrolled in the 10-week academy. Throughout the program, we acquired uncomplicated yet productive strategies which gradually turned into a habit. The course significantly benefited my two adolescents. Witnessing them improve their self-assurance and feel secure while embarking on their independent journeys within the 10 weeks was fulfilling. I strongly suggest that this class be obligatory for all young adults and teenagers. These necessary abilities are ones that I hope I never have to implement.

Two hours ago, I never would have thought about enrolling for a self defense course, but I ended up attending one today. Although I was hesitant initially when I received the invitation, I realized that my knowledge of self defense was quite limited, and it was imperative that I should be able to protect myself, especially in the wake of the increasing lawlessness. Being a young woman, it was crucial that I had the skills to defend myself when I was alone. Attending the class proved to be a satisfying decision as it was informative, thought-provoking, and enjoyable. The instructor proved to be exceptionally thorough, covering a wide range of techniques, scenarios, and topics that I could use while traveling. I strongly recommend this class to everyone, and I'm looking forward to attending again!

Cobra Self-Defense is a passion of mine and there are countless reasons why. Firstly, I am able to enhance my situational awareness while out and about. Additionally, I have learned an array of self-defense techniques in the event that I ever need to protect myself, making it an invaluable tool in today's society. Not only is it conducive to personal safety, but it also fosters an environment of camaraderie and skill development. It's a family friendly activity that provides a great source of exercise. Our instructor is exceptional in taking the time to work with each person, regardless of their skill level. His passion for empowering his students to be confident and secure in their abilities is palpable. To anyone seeking self-defense training, I highly recommend Cobra-Self Defense, regardless of gender.
