As a trainer, nutritionist, chef, CBT practitioner, and licensed EMT in Boston, I work with a diverse range of clients, including professional athletes, first responders, chefs, expecting mothers, and even my own mother.

Last year, I enrolled in Coach Kelly's online weight-based training and exercise course that included nutritional education.
