I am thrilled with the service provided! The team of three did an excellent job in just two hours! Not only did they clean thoroughly, but they also removed dust and spiders from the walls and ceiling corners and even cleaned under two one-seater recliners. The house smelled wonderful, thanks to their effective cleaning products. I am considering hiring them either monthly or bi-monthly in the future!

The team exhibited exceptional responsiveness, impressively reaching out to me on a weekend night to ensure accuracy. I initially questioned the cost of only 2 hours for a deep cleaning service based on website information but they clarified that a thorough cleaning would require 4 hours of work. Payment was an uncomplicated and efficient process. During the scheduled cleaning day, the team showed up punctually within the designated 8-10 am timeframe, maintained professionalism and displayed kindness towards my family and my overly welcoming dog. Their limited English proficiency did not hinder their efficiency in performing their cleaning duties. While we were concerned they might leave after the pre-determined 4-hour duration, they extended their efforts for almost 6 hours, ensuring exceptional quality work. They prioritized the task and not just the clock. The great value for the service rendered has left my house looking immaculate and I definitely plan to hire this team again in the future.
