Although we ultimately chose not to hire this caterer, I must say that they provide excellent customer service. They were prompt and thorough in their responses to my inquiries. The only issue was that their trailer was too large for our limited parking area. Nonetheless, I strongly advise you to consider them for your own event.

For our son's wedding on September 16, 2017, we entrusted CH Professional Catering with catering and bar services. They exceeded expectations and earned an A+++ for their quality offerings and exceptional service. Even before our tasting, we were sold on CH Professional Catering after reading glowing reviews and seeing their extensive menu options. The tasting, hosted by Jason and his wife at our home, was memorable. The presentation and quality of the food confirmed that we made the right decision. We also utilized their bar and beverage services. As we planned the wedding day timeline with the photographer, it became clear that we needed drinks earlier than initially expected. We requested an earlier bar opening and they delivered without any issues. Additionally, we had an appetizer and drink station after the ceremony, which CH Professional Catering expertly set up despite the drizzle. The dinner was scheduled for 5:00 pm and was cooked fresh onsite, emphasizing their signature commitment to freshness. Lizz provided valuable advice and helped coordinate the bar to save us money by having her staff serve wine and run a tab, rather than pre-purchasing everything. The servers were professional and attentive to all guests, whether they were inside or outside the tent. The large assortment of beer and wine provided for our guests received plenty of compliments. Knowing that our guests were taken care of made the day that much more enjoyable for us. We highly recommend CH Professional Catering and would not hesitate to use their services again or refer friends and family for catering and bar needs.

CH Professional Catering deserves more than a perfect rating of 5 stars. My experience with Jason and his team exceeded all expectations, and I cannot recommend them more highly. From the start, the hiring process was effortless. Unlike other caterers I spoke with, Jason understood and accommodated all of our food and drink requirements with unmatched friendliness. He exuded confidence, professionalism and ease that immediately put me at ease. The tasting was a highlight. Jason made it a fun and festive experience by cooking our top choices from scratch at one of our homes. He served us the delicious, beautifully presented food and cleaned up afterward. His assistant, Amy, was equally knowledgeable and fun. Jason then sat down with us to suggest food and side pairings, and answer any questions we had. On the day of the wedding, Jason and his team brought their A-game. The food was everything I had hoped for and more. Jason was there to mastermind the entire event, from making sure I ate to receiving compliments from our guests. Speaking of guests, we continue to receive praise about the food and Jason's impact long after the wedding. In conclusion, CH Professional Catering and Jason earned my confidence, admiration, and highest recommendation. Their prices and policies are unbeatable, and the team's expertise and passion for their craft are evident in every bite. On August 15, 2020, my daughter and son-in-law tied the knot in Eden Prairie, MN, and we hosted a backyard wedding dinner for 46 of their dearest friends. We were fortunate to have discovered the marvelous CH Professional Catering and their talented chef, Jason Freeman. The entire day was flawless, and the food was beyond exceptional! Even our photographer, who has attended countless events and tasted many dishes, claimed that the food was the finest she had ever encountered. Every dish on the buffet was superb on its own, but when combined, they far exceeded our wildest expectations. We indulged in a delightful salad, freshly baked bread, impeccably prepared grilled steaks, delectable chicken Marsala, fall-off-the-bone ribs, green beans almandine, scrumptious pasta primavera, loaded potatoes, and heavenly strawberry shortcake. Each dish was simply exceptional! We want to express our sincere gratitude to Jason for making our day extra special with his culinary wizardry! We are now brainstorming ideas for our next event to have him cater.
