Brandon's performance was outstanding. Upon his arrival, he promptly assessed the latch, identified the necessary steps, and immediately began his work. He efficiently removed our old door latch, outfitted it with a new lever handle, and made necessary adjustments to the deadbolt. When I presented an issue, he quickly resolved it.
