Having never thrown an event before, I was anxious about sourcing an affordable caterer who could meet my discerning palate. However, Brooklyn Kitchen proved to be experts in their field, addressing my concerns promptly and professionally. To realize my vision, they put in considerable effort and were extremely meticulous.
I opted for the silver package intended for 20 guests, and was pleased that they confirmed all the essential details, such as allergies, cutlery, and their time of arrival. They arrived ahead of schedule, which was a plus. The quality of their food surpassed my expectations and dazzled my guests.
In the future, I would love to book them for a larger gathering and opt for the serving option instead of a buffet. A huge shoutout to BKC- thank you for making my first event a resounding success.
