Hi there! My name is Morgan and I hail from Texas. I've lived in a number of different regions, including Alpine, which is situated on the Mexican border. It was here that my love for Mexican cuisine developed. Additionally, living on the Texas/Louisiana border nurtured my passion for southern/Cajun foods! Even though I'm always eager to sample new dishes, I find myself constantly returning to these comfort foods. Cooking these dishes for church gatherings, family and friends, and parties is second nature to me. Don't worry though, I'm not limited to these cuisines alone. I can whip up Italian dishes, as well as appetizers for cocktail parties too. My ultimate aim is to make food that is both enjoyable to eat and pleasing to the eye. Using quality ingredients is of utmost importance to me and I strive to stay as authentic as possible. Catering events brings me joy and I love to ensure that every bite is just as wonderful as the ones I remember from my childhood. I've been in the catering industry for two years now and cannot wait to add a touch of fun and deliciousness to your next event!

Wow! BOMB Tacos was absolutely amazing. Their catering service surpassed our expectations for our company luncheon, leaving our team members extremely impressed. Many went for seconds and some even had thirds, attesting to the deliciousness of the food. It was a definite hit, with everyone complimenting how incredible the food tasted. We will definitely be using BOMB Tacos again!

If you're looking for scrumptious fare at reasonable prices, along with impeccable service, BOMB tacos is THE food truck to visit. Morgan and her team are simply amazing, and the dishes are always prepared fresh right before your eyes. We opted for loaded baked potatoes for our little one's second birthday and were absolutely thrilled with the generous array of toppings. Best of all, the portions were gigantic! When our eldest turned six, we celebrated with some of the most delectable tacos we've ever tasted. From the quality of the tortillas and meats to the tantalizing queso and the unbeatable sauces, everything was just perfect. We especially loved the avocado crema, which had just the right balance of spice and zest. We can't wait to invite BOMB tacos to cater our upcoming family events!
