My initial trial of CrackerJack was exceedingly pleasant. From the instant Troy sent me his quote, I knew he was the perfect videographer for my needs. My request was somewhat unusual - to videograph a religious service in a subtle manner - yet Troy's detailed emails and poignant inquiries displayed his mastery of the trade. When I spontaneously requested a livestream of the event, Troy remained flexible and found ways to make it feasible. Meeting Troy in person was everything I anticipated. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism, arriving early and effortlessly setting up his equipment. Despite the hectic atmosphere, Troy was unobtrusive and efficient. The final product was amazing! Troy was kind enough to assist me in determining the best format for the video and provided it to me in a few different ways.
