I aspire to establish a sanctuary with Black Mango Wellness that caters specifically to minority groups to combat their anguish and distress caused by anxiety/depression, all via the practice of vigorous Vinyasa. With strenuous postures and movements, familiar participants will not only enhance their overall health and fitness, but also uplift their mental and emotional state.
