As a busy professional, finding time for a workout can be challenging. However, I have an excellent solution for you. Choose Bruce or Bonnie as your master personal trainer and nutritionist, and you can quickly lose weight and tone up without spending countless hours at the gym. There's no need to worry about guessing whether you'll get results.

What's more, our clients receive free and unlimited meal plans, specifically customized for their goals and dietary requirements. We understand that keeping things exciting and challenging is essential to staying motivated, which is why every client gets a different workout during each session.

We also offer virtual sessions, 30-minute sessions for $35 or 1-hour sessions for $65. If you prefer, we have an app online coaching program that follows along. This includes daily accountability, weekly assessments, customized cardio if required, and meal plans to prep each week. You'll also have access to workout instructions, food logging, and calories burned through the app. The app is available for a fee of $200 per month.

It's difficult to choose just one reason why Bonnie is fantastic to work with because all five of them apply. Whether it's related to movement or nutrition, Bonnie's extensive knowledge makes her an invaluable trainer.
