Despite not offering the lowest quote, I opted for Roger's services at A Fine Shine due to his utilization of an advanced cleaning machine that surpasses the standard hot water extraction or brush methods employed by past cleaners. Our carpet, which was 17 years old, had previously been handled by another cleaning company that not only failed to provide a satisfactory result but also left a sticky residue from excessive soap use. With Roger's expertise, a considerable amount of the soap and entrenched dirt was removed and the fibers of the carpet, which had been flattened for years, were revitalized. The result is that our carpet can now last several more years before needing to be replaced. If we had hired Roger from the start, when the carpet was new, I can only imagine the quality it would have maintained throughout its lifetime. I highly commend Roger for his exceptional work ethic and his commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction with his work.

For years, I neglected to clean my home windows. However, with the help of these professionals, my windows are now spotless. Their work is so impressive that it's difficult to tell if my windows are open or closed with just a quick glance. I'm not exaggerating, they truly did an outstanding job.

Initially, I sought to reupholster my chairs, but the cleaners proposed only cleaning them instead. Given the poor condition of my chairs, cleaning alone would not suffice. Nevertheless, they offered to present their capabilities at my home on the same day without any service fee. Impressed by their work, I consented to allow them to finish cleaning all three chairs for a fee of $150. Due to the nature of the fabric, it was hard to identify which areas needed treatment. After they left, one area remained heavily soiled, and there were smaller stains around it. If that specific area was as clean as the rest, my rating would have been five stars. However, they contacted me and came back another day specifically to focus on that chair. As a result, the fabric is now cleaner, lighter, and more uniform in color, so I have added an extra star to my rating!

The service and outcome from A Fine Shine made me extremely pleased. With some family coming to visit, I aimed to have my carpets cleaned beforehand. Roger's meticulous focus and perfectionism left my home looking and smelling wonderful. I am confident I would hire them again.

Their customer service is exceptional, and the quality of their work is outstanding. They transformed our old and unsightly store windows, making it look like they were just installed. The remarkable difference was awe-inspiring. They diligently eliminated every old sticker, ensuring perfection before they left. Although I could have picked a less expensive option, the results this company delivered were unmatched. Every penny spent was well worth it.
