My experience with this company has been the worst I have ever had. I strongly advise against using their services based on my encounter. Dealing with a non-paying tenant and a home that lacks urgency has been frustrating, to say the least. Communication has been practically non-existent and I am left to call whenever I eventually find out about a problem. What's more, the company assisted the tenant in applying for CERA without informing me. It took them three months from the tenant's first missed payment in April to start legal proceedings in July. Their priority seems to be taking their fees out of the rent, regardless of my receiving payment or not. They ensure their payment is collected every month, while doing nothing to earn it. This company should receive no compensation for providing no service. Beware of this company, their focus is solely on maximizing profit and not on serving their clients. Always keep this in mind.
