Being new to the neighborhood, we discovered that our property had never been serviced for pest control, or at least not for a very long time. Due to this, we were troubled by the presence of numerous spiders. However, we have noticed a significant decrease in numbers since the service. Our technician was courteous and adept at his job.

Amir, the technician, is exceptional as he possesses great knowledge of the product and its application, in addition to being extremely customer friendly. It fills me with joy that we were fortunate enough to have him on both occasions of our visits and I hope that he will continue to serve us in the future.

Andrew, a technician, visited our home yesterday for a scheduled spray. Unfortunately, my husband forgot to remove the padlock from the gate to our backyard. Upon my return, I found Andrew in his vehicle about to leave for his next job. I apologized for our oversight and explained that no one was available to provide him with access. Incredibly, Andrew went beyond the call of duty by getting his supplies back out of the van and treating both our backyard and the interior of our house. Throughout the process, he was meticulous, explaining every step along the way. He addressed my queries in great detail and displayed an excellent customer service attitude, which is rare to come across these days. The service as a whole is highly effective. When we brought a lot of items from our late mother-in-law's house to our garage and basement last year, there were spider webs all over the storage spaces. However, we have only seen one spider inside our house since then, and there have been no webs in our basement or garage. Choosing Edge over other fly-by-night pest control firms was a great decision, and Andrew's exceptional service cemented our satisfaction. Thank you, Andrew!

Under our shed, there was a family consisting of 6 skunks. In just a few days, Edge Pest Control managed to trap 4 of them, while the remaining two have not been spotted in days. We are pleased with the promptness with which they attended to our problem and achieved positive outcomes!
